Informatik Baums, proprietor Joshua Baums, Adlerstraße 18, 47798 Krefeld, Germany. joshua.baums@informatik-baums.de, +49 2151 8939406. Updated 28 October 2026.

Local data and deletion

Profile names, destinations, sequences, protocols, timing, IP preference and optional test port are stored locally in the iOS Keychain with WhenUnlockedThisDeviceOnly. The app does not synchronise them. Two local preferences remember authorised-use and local-network notices.

Delete individual profiles or all app data inside the app. Keychain entries can survive uninstalling; delete app data before transferring a device. Informatik Baums cannot access or remotely delete local profiles.

Network and recipients

Only an explicit action resolves the selected host through device DNS and sends the finite sequence or single TCP test directly to it. DNS, network and mobile providers and the destination may process IP addresses, timestamps, ports and connection metadata under their own practices.

No app account, backend, tracking, ads, analytics or provider telemetry. No profiles or usage data are sent to Informatik Baums. Apple processes Store, purchase and possible diagnostics under its own terms and device settings.

Support, legal bases and rights

Support and security email sender details and content are processed to handle the request, in particular under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) or (f), and (c) for legal duties. Retention lasts only as necessary for the purpose or required by law. Necessary local app storage serves the requested function, not tracking.

Where applicable, rights include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and a complaint to a supervisory authority such as LDI NRW. The operator is responsible for processing on your independently chosen server. Visiting this website is additionally covered by its separate website privacy notice.
