Request access, correction or deletion
To ask what personal data I process about you, correct information or request deletion, contact joshua.baums@informatik-baums.de or use the contact form. No website account is required.
Explain the context, such as a contact inquiry, application, contract or app support request, and how to reply. Do not send passwords, access codes or unsolicited ID copies. If more information is needed for secure identification, I will ask specifically.
Processing your request
I assess identification, scope and applicable conditions. In principle, information about measures taken is provided within one month of receipt. If complexity or the number of requests requires an extension, I explain the reasons within that month; the period may be extended by up to two further months.
Statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may prevent immediate deletion. Where applicable, I explain the reasons and limit further processing to the necessary purpose. Deletions must also be accounted for when restoring backups.
Website, applications and apps
This contact covers personal data relating to Informatik Baums, including inquiries, applications and contracts. Purposes, legal bases and retention rules are in the privacy notice, including the applications and collaboration section.
For app matters, also use app support. App-specific notices explain local and external processing and deletion. Unreleased apps are not already available services. Contacting me does not confirm that personal data about you is actually held.
