Working together

From one process to a reliable workflow.

Assessment, pilot and ongoing support: three steps with defined outcomes and shared decisions.

Clarify the task first.

Describe the workflow, your objective and the desired timeframe. I assess whether the task fits the available capacity. After this non-binding initial conversation, scope, deliverables, contributions and fees are agreed.

01 - Automation assessment

Review existing systems, data access and dependencies. Agree what should improve and how to measure the value: processing time, rework or reliable data transfers.

Outcome: a prioritised recommendation and a clearly scoped first process.

02 - Pilot one process

Implement a limited solution using representative examples. Compare quality, running costs and exception handling with the current workflow. Include professional review, approvals and fallback procedures.

Outcome: an evidence-based decision about deployment or further adjustments.

03 - Deploy, support and expand

Integrate the tested solution into existing systems, agree acceptance and train the people involved. Document the system, decisions, tests and maintenance. Monitoring and agreed alerts help identify failures.

Outcome: a supported workflow with defined responsibilities, support hours and escalation paths. Further processes follow as needed.

Keep decisions traceable.

Discuss intermediate results, open assumptions and changes early. Each phase can be commissioned separately. Before expanding the solution, reassess effort, value and effects on ongoing operations.
