Public sector

Defined services. Documented results.

Selected software, web, data and IT services for public procurement and market consultation.

Direct technical delivery with clear responsibility

I offer realistically scoped IT services with direct communication and traceable results. Documentation supports review, handover and future operation. Suitability, available capacity and scope are assessed for each project.

A structured procurement approach

  1. Understand specifications: review requirements, mandatory criteria, acceptance, contributions and interfaces before committing.
  2. Provide comparable pricing: describe service components, effort, assumptions and optional work clearly.
  3. Agree contractual foundations: EVB-IT service, creation, system, maintenance or cloud terms may be relevant. The actual version is reviewed for the procedure.
  4. Provide evidence: maintain plans, roles, test and acceptance records, source handover, documentation and progress records.
  5. Security and privacy: account for technical and organisational requirements, processing arrangements, protection needs, secure development and reporting.
  6. Accessibility: include applicable WCAG, EN 301 549 and BITV requirements in specifications, tests and documentation.

Suitable engagements

Analysis and design; bounded software, web, data and automation work; quality assurance and technical reviews; migrations; agreed maintenance of defined systems; technical documentation for procurement, audits, acceptance and operation.

Before participation or an offer, I assess suitability, capacity, deadlines, contractual terms and possible conflicts. An inquiry is not a commitment to participate. Official EVB-IT contract templates are supplied by the IT Planning Council; the procedure determines applicable documents and evidence.
