One possible workflow
Read data from an existing system, map fields, validate required information, deliver it to the target system and report errors.
This illustrates a possible use case. The actual workflow depends on your systems and requirements.
Where is data transferred manually?
Shop orders and administrative systems: review available interfaces and exports first. Tables and files: combine recurring exports, normalise formats and detect missing fields. Multiple data stores: define the authoritative system, unique identifiers and change rules, and expose conflicts.
The task determines the technology. Fixed rules suit structured data; suitable AI can help with variable text. An AI model is not an end in itself.
A clear next step from the assessment
The assessment provides a decision basis for a bounded pilot, checking value, effort and risks first.
- Process and data flows: systems, required information and manual steps.
- Feasibility and effort: interfaces, expected value, technical limits and implementation effort.
- Testable pilot proposal: bounded scope, cases, approvals and criteria for deployment.
Privacy and control belong in the workflow.
Translate agreed business and regulatory requirements into technical measures. Define required fields, storage locations and retention; account for deletion and export. Plan roles, permissions and secure transfers. Use external AI services only on an agreed basis. Include human review, error checks and manual fallback. Document data flows, decisions and tests for privacy and security specialists.
Applicability is assessed per project. The service is technical implementation and support, not legal advice, formal auditing or certification. Standards and scope.
Experience with recurring data processes
A daily order export was automated into a prescribed downstream format using clear rules, validated handoffs and documented operation. Results depend on the process; the example is not a savings guarantee. Read the example.
Direct collaboration from analysis to support
Work directly with Joshua Baums, who combines computer science and commercial training and has been self-employed since 2012. Background and experience.
Assess the task and potential, pilot one process using representative examples, then integrate, document and provide agreed support. Each phase can be commissioned separately; dates, fees and support are agreed for the project.
Which workflow should become easier?
Describe the task, systems and frequency without confidential data. The initial discussion is non-binding; assessment scope and fees are agreed beforehand. Sending an inquiry does not commission work.
